Science Technology Term 2

 For this Tech day it was time to change groups, each group was informed that they were going to change groups. As I got closer to Tamaki College I was talking to my friend Sau about how science class will be, because as I was inform it was going to be boring, when I got to Tamaki College we told to line up in the activities . While the Technology Teachers sort out which group they're with I was wondering what was going on , when the Technology Teachers were ready they started taking the group that were meant to be with. When my group went to science. 

When we got to science class the teacher asked us to find a table to sit and then she asked us to open our chromebook and then write five science word that we know. When we did that we started learning about how airplane fly and we made our own paper airplane, after we made our airplane we had to take turns and we were only getting three tries. When everybody did that and marked their score we had to do another activities and this one you had to write about a picture that you pick and then you had to write about what you saw in the picture. When everybody finished that it was time to go, I had fun at science class it was fun. 

Technology

 On Tuesday I went to Tamaki College with my class to do technology, when we were going to technology I was sitting on my seat next to Sam, who was my friend. When we got to Tamaki College everyone on the bus went to their classes, everyone knew which class they went and where to find it. When I was going to class I was walking with my friend Sau, when I was walking I was looking at the different classrooms.

When I got to my class student's who were in my class knew what to do, after we got ready we went on a table and at the same time we got into groups. On my group there was Sau, Piripi and I. When I got to the table Sau had already got the soap, cloth and tea towel, When everyone was ready the teacher told us the institution and everyone got to it. I grabbed a bowl and Sau gave me the measuring cup, with the measuring cup I put a cup of flower and half a cup of milk and water then we had to crack one egg in a white bowl and mix it.Once that was done we had to mix the water,milk and the flower together and then add the egg.

When all of that was done we had to turn on the oven and put a frying pan on it than we had to put oil on it. when that was done we had to put our mixer in it and made sure it was spread evenly after that was done we started cleaning up. when we were nearly done we got to put sweet in our crepe and after that was done we had to take a photo and then we could eat it.When everyone finished eating their crepe we went out of our class and went in the bus. When I was in the bus we had to wait on the teacher, when the teachers got in the bus we went back to school.  I enjoyed Technology it was fun

Bookmarks Cybersmart Challenge

 

For cybersmart challenge number 4 they wanted us students about bookmark and how we can use them so they wanted us  to learn about bookmark know how to use it and to make bookmarks. Once I did all my activities I learn how to use bookmarks. I think this cybersmart challenge is very good   for student's to learn, I enjoy this activities it was fun.

Learning about Screenshots

 When I was doing the cybersmart challenge number three, it was very fun and helpful to do, I learnt how to screenshot with the easy steps that was provided, I really found it fun and challenging, which i liked. On one of the activities I followed the instructions and listen to it carefully and followed the steps given to me to complete task, at the very end it told me to take a screenshot of it. This is the results of what i did, I had fun doing it and I hope you will take on the challenge to. Lets see if you can, i dare you. This is something new that you can learn if you don't know already, so give it a try. I like to say thank you to Mrs Grant and Mr Goodwin for the activities, I really enjoy the challenge and look forward for more challenges.

Know you Keyboard

 

For this challenge I did a challenge called know your keyboard which means is to know what the keys are and what combination work that makes shortcuts. When I did this I thought to myself that it was going to be easy but I was wrong, there was way more combination then I thought, some them might be my favourite but my first favourite is ctrl alt forward slash. I won't tell you so that means that you will have to find out. When I was doing the challenge I did some activities and then when it came to the last bit it took longer than I thought. So when I was done I did what the last instruction and that what I did. I like this challenge it was fun and helpful in the future.

Kawa of Care

 

I did The Kawa of care challenge and it said to copy there challenges and post it on the blog but my teacher said to put it on a slide then put it the blog so that what I did.When I did The Kawa of care challenge and it was fun but my slide will tell you about each challenge and How I feel or did to finished it. I liked it, it was fun and it was good for learning.

My E-asttle Math results

 

             

My Math results are very good would have expected me to do  better but this is what I wanted to achieve.

 Before I did this blog my teacher told me to check my goal so I did I wanted to get more than 4A but this is the start of the year so I know that I will get better. Know I know that I will work harder so that I can achieve my goal, I like my result and I know that my teacher thinks the same too.
